I’m an executive-level creative leader with two decades experience building businesses, agencies, teams and skill levels for writers, designers and art directors. I use servant-style leadership to support clients and my team, and offer: deep strategic capability in brand and campaign messaging, employee and candidate communications, leadership communications, and new product and start-up competitive positioning. History includes classic advertising agencies, digital experience, consumer packaged goods, brand consultancy, and employer branding/recruitment marketing.

History

I’ve been lucky to have worked with some great CDs, mentors and clients. My 20+ years include a branding boutique, traditional ad agencies, a digital agency, and a consumer products brand consultancy. The variety has pushed me to evolve as a creative as well as a strategist. I was early into interactive, working as a marketing manager in digital creative staffing for companies like Nike and Timberline Software. Today, I’m a leader in the employer branding space, serving a variety of global, Fortune 500 clients, for whom I help attract the best candidates to seek careers at their organization by refining their employer value proposition, technology stack and candidate experience.
