Jennifer’s experience covers every facet of land development from land planning, budgeting, design, entitlement, community outreach, government relations and project implementation, from project inception through project close out.
Prior to con･strukt jennifer worked for prolific Southern California real estate developers focused on infill development in cities throughout Orange and Los Angeles County. She has successfully entitled, designed, permitted and managed multiple communities in highly sought after neighborhoods.
In the early years of her career, Jennifer worked in politics at the federal, state and local levels. Her interests pivoted to development after serving as planning board commissioner in the town she resided.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management from Northern Arizona University and a Masters in Urban Regional Planning with an emphasis on real estate development from the University of California, Irvine.
Jennifer is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) where she has served on ULI NEXT, Sustainable Communities Initiative Council, YLG Pro Bono TAP and Young Leader Executive Committee. In 2014 she received the Emergent Leadership Award for Property Development.
