Sunday, June 22, 2025 at 3-5pm
ALL registration and housing check in & keys will be in the Mountain View Lobby even if you are staying in another building. You are welcome to get settled in your suite and then go to registration. If you arrive after 5pm contact front desk at Mountain View Hall through 11pm. Call them at (928)523-1555 and someone will assist you with keys.
Sunday, June 22, 2025 at 5-8pm, welcome reception followed by dinner and activity in the International Pavilion.

Health and Safety
All crimes occurring on campus should be reported to the NAU Police Department at 911 (in-progress emergency) or 928-523-3611 (non-emergency criminal incident).
NAUSCC highly recommends Client and its invitees download the NAU Safe app from the Apple App Store or Google Play to receive notifications and alerts of emergencies while on campus. Additional details regarding the NAU Safe app, including specific instructions for Vendors, Contractors, Camps and Conferences, can be found at: https://in.nau.edu/its/nausafe/

Security/Propping Doors
Our residence halls are locked 24/7 and you will need to use keys to access the building. Please do not prop doors open for your safety and others. Please do not let anyone in the building that is not part of your group. In case of an emergency, please call 911. If it is a non-emergency, please contact the duty phone or the campus police non-emergency number at 928-523-3611. There are blue lights located on campus that will connect you directly to the officer on duty.

Please do not feed any wildlife!

To connect to NAU wi-fi please follow the directions below:
From your device’s available wireless network lists (windows) airport menu (Mac OS X) or wi-fi settings menu (smart devices or tablet) choose the wireless network “NAU Guest”.
You will be given a warning that “you are connecting to the unsecure network ‘NAU Guest’. Information sent is not encrypted and may be visible to others. Do you still want to connect?” Select CONNECT.

Mealtimes in The Hot Spot are standard unless different times are requested before your conference stay. Standard mealtimes are as follows: Breakfast: 7am to 9am, Lunch: 11:30am to 1:30pm, Dinner: 4:30pm-6:30pm

Communicate with a conference liaison for any special dietary needs
Service Animals
Only service animals are allowed. Please notify a conference liaison if you are bringing a service animal.
Campus Housing
Rooms are single and double-occupancy. Please note your preference for a single or double room during conference registration via Whova. Please provide a requested room mate if desired.
No smoking allowed: NAU is a smoke-free campus. Smoking, vamping, and the sale and use of tobacco products, vaping products, and e-cigarettes are prohibited in all College-owned and operated buildings and grounds.
Suggested Items to Bring
Bed sheets and Pillow - Bedding will be available for a $60 purchase - Please provide this need in your registration via Whova.
Toiletries (e.g. toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, etc.)

Blankets
Laundry/ Housekeeping: Laundry is available in most residence halls. Please bring your own laundry soap. We do not provide housekeeping during your stay. Please, if you need cleaning products to clean up a spill, contact your conference liaison.
There is a $50.00 charge for each lost key, payable by Purchaser to the College. Keys not turned in to the Student Union and Event Services Office by checkout time shall be considered lost.
