On 22nd May students who participated in the contest "Rispettiamo il Verde" met at Villa Oliva to receive their prize! Thank you to the Municipality for this occasion to be more and more involved in the protection of the green areas in Cassano Magnago!
All the works done by primary and secondary schools of Cassano Magnago are exhibited

On the same day students from 2D transplanted some seedlings and flowers that attract pollinators

On this very day Italian students submit the drawings made within the municipal competition "We respect the green". The contest involves the creation of signs to be displayed in the green areas of Cassano Magnago, in order to invite people to respect the rules and the environment. At the beginning of April 2022 Italian students play a game proposed by French partners: they have to link etymologies to French words on the garden, and then find the correct images. Pupils do the task, then add Italian words
While they are studying endangered species, students imagine their own extinct animals: they draw them, invent their names, describe their range and explain why they disappeared

In January and February 2022 Italian students do a search on local parks and protected areas: they study Oasi Boza, Ticino Park, Campo dei Fiori Park and Herons Park. Here are the results:
At the beginning of December 2021, Italian students begin to do experiments, the first one being about decomposers. Students cut a banana, put it in a small plastic bag together with a small amount of brewer's yeat melted in water. Then close the bag and wait a week. What will happen to our banana?
