Cross-culturally, stacking stones known as Cairns have been constructed to represent physical landmarks. Symbolically, they signify continuity, balance, peace, and calm. They mark that you are safe, and point you in the right direction when the path may be unclear. Composure Counseling and Wellness aims to provide the same. Our mission is to offer guidance, peace and a safe place to land as you journey through life; to help you heal.
At Composure Counseling and Wellness, we are a multi-specialty private practice committed to supporting the mental health and well-being of adults, children, and adolescents. Our team is composed of experienced, licensed mental health professionals who bring a diverse range of specialties and therapeutic approaches. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
At Composure, your mental health is our priority—and we’re here to walk with you every step of the way.

Conor Charlow is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with four years of experience supporting adults through some of life's most challenging moments. He has worked across a range of settings, including community mental health and co-occurring intensive outpatient programs; developing deep expertise in working with adults, veterans, and first responders. Conor specializes in OCD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and men's mental health. He brings a focused and compassionate approach to each individual he works with.
Conor's therapeutic style is warm, direct, and grounded in evidence-based practice. He draws on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients build the skills and courage needed to face their fears and move toward the lives they desire. At the heart of his work is this core belief: every person already holds the answers within them. Conor's role is to guide clients in discovering those answers and to gently but firmly challenge them to tolerate uncertainty and grow beyond what once held them back.

This quality informs his empathy, deepens his connection with clients, and contributes to a therapeutic space that feels both safe and real. Daniel believes that healing happens in relationship with ourselves and others, when we feel genuinely seen, understood, and met in our pain without judgment. His approach is grounded in the belief that every person already carries the capacity for growth and resilience within them. At times, we need someone to help us view our lives from a different angle.
Daniel has worked in a variety of settings: with children, veterans, nurses in the ICU, end-of-life concerns in hospice, and in community mental health. Using this experience, Daniel will sit with you in your hardest moments of grief, trauma, rage, and despair without flinching or redirecting. He understands that patience, groundedness, and the ability to hold space for difficulty, allow us to move through painful experiences. He works with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, specializing in anxiety, depression, PTSD, religious trauma, grief, and existential concerns. He draws primarily from Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to what each person needs.
As a first-generation American, Daniel is passionate about making mental health care accessible to immigrant and diaspora communities where stigma often keeps people from seeking help. Whether you're coming to therapy for the first time, returning after years away, or searching for someone who gets it, Daniel is here. His goal is to help you move through what's hard, reconnect with or discover your values, and find your way back to yourself.
Testimonials
I started seeing Kelsey about 5 years ago. After years of group therapy and beginning the process of a divorce, I decided to put in some more work on myself. Kelsey took the time to get to know me and made me feel very comfortable. After all these years I look forward to our sessions and always look for a different perspective. They say if you don’t think you have the best therapist to find another one. I have yet to think Kelsey isn’t the best for me.
For about 7 years, I've had the privilege of working with Kelsey. She is an exceptional therapist who has helped me overcome trauma and find inner peace. After trying out several therapists, I found Kelsey and immediately sensed that she was the ideal fit. Her unique blend of empathy and insightful perspectives has been instrumental in my growth, allowing me to navigate life's challenges with renewed hope and confidence. As I celebrate my journey's triumphs and learn from its setbacks, I'm grateful for Kelsey's unwavering support.
