2 people $40,000 - $55,000

3 people $55,000 - $60,000

4 people $60,000 - $65,000

5+ people $65,000 - $70,000, plus $5,000 for each additional person

Interest Income <(less than) $1,200

Those not eligible:

• Report an income above thresholds mentioned above

• Report business or rental income and expenses

*unless business income is reported on box 48 of T4 with < (less than) $1,000 income and no related expenses.

• Report capital gains or losses

• Filed for bankruptcy 

• Completing a return for a deceased person
