Will Hardy has been with Compass for eight years, starting on the Strategic Growth team where he helped scale the New York City market. He went on to launch Compass in Houston, where under his leadership the market became #1 by sales volume in just 18 months. In 2021, Will opened Compass in both Minneapolis and Jacksonville before transitioning to serve as Chief of Staff to Robert Reffkin in 2022. He has held that role for the past four years, working closely with Robert to drive key initiatives across the company. Prior to Compass worked at Bloomberg LP. Will received a BA in Economics from Connecticut College in New London, CT.

With a strong background in real estate, and agent development, Ashley plays a key role in shaping coaching programs that drive success across the Compass network. Passionate about innovation and agent support, she is dedicated to helping real estate professionals maximize their potential and leverage Compass technology to elevate their business. Ashley Donat currently oversees national programming such as Compass CORE, MOMENTum Mondays, Compass RETREAT, Agent Development Trainings, regional activation initiatives, and the Compass Coaching Marketplace.
Her primary focus is to enhance the adoption of Compass technology among Real Estate Agents and Teams, thereby catalyzing business growth. Ashley provides support to Real Estate Agents and Team Leads across the nation, leveraging her expertise to cultivate operations and processes that drive efficiency, culture, and substantial increases in sales volume and quality of life
Before stepping into her national role, Ashley served as the Midstates North Head of Agent and Team Strategic Development, where she worked closely with top-performing agents and teams to implement business strategies that fueled their growth. She also held the position of Sales Manager, providing hands-on guidance to agents, helping them refine their sales techniques, and strengthening their market presence.
In addition to her leadership at Compass, Ashley led a top producing team in Chicago and represented both residential sellers, buyers,and investors to maximize their real estate investments.

Jonathan has always considered himself an overachiever — someone who is unwilling to settle for the status quo. His exceptional drive was evident even as a teenager, when he enrolled in college before he could legally drive a car. Desiring to develop a greater understanding of the business side of the real estate profession, Jonathan opted to focus his studies at Florida State University on business and finance, graduating with a degree in Business Administration at 19 years old.
Coupled with his natural entrepreneurial spirit, Jonathan discovered an opportunity to parlay his degree with his desire to launch a career in real estate when he started off working in the foreclosure resale business in his hometown of Destin, Fla. In 2015, Jonathan transitioned to luxury residential sales. Utilizing his “go-getter” attitude and superior knowledge of the Northwest Florida real estate market, Jonathan rapidly developed a stronghold on the luxury real estate market in the area.

Jeff Polashuk graduated from The College of Charleston with a degree in corporate communications and pursued a career that combined his two passions - technology and real estate. After college, he began working for Zillow, overseeing brokerage partnerships, and was part of a marketing team with the top agents in the country. He joined Compass due to their strong focus on technology to manage and grow business efficiently. In his various positions at Compass, Jeff discovered that his leadership and service mindset would be of great value to other agents. Today, he uses this mindset to assist agents in growing their businesses and making the home-buying experience as smooth as possible for each client.
Originally from Baltimore, Polashuk moved to Miami for his wife Ana and to escape the cold. Now a permanent Florida resident, Jeff spends his time away from Compass enjoying time with family, going to the beach, playing tennis, working at the gym, and attending concerts.

Hunter Connelly is the CEO of Parks Real Estate and has been a prominent figure in the Nashville real estate community for over 20 years. Prior to Parks, Hunter co-founded Evergreen Real Estate which developed over 5,000 apartments in the new construction and value-add space of the Southeast multi-family market. In addition he co-founded other construction and real estate related companies including Highland Building Group, Evergreen Property Management, and Nashville Exteriors.
Hunter serves as a board member of Christ Presbyterian Academy. He graduated cum laude from Sewanee: The University of the South with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Hunter and his wife Katty have four children.
