About Me

This is my eighth year as a teacher, and my sixth year teaching fifth grade. I love teaching and am so glad I get to be part of Community of Saints.  I recently earned a Masters Degree in Math Education through the University of St. Thomas.  I also am a Senior fellow from Notre Dame STEM fellowship with Mrs. Moorhouse. I am always trying to learn more so I can do my best for you!

 There are two things that are very important to me: family and fun! I love to hang out with my brothers and sister when I can.  I also enjoy playing sports and board games. Though, I do get very competitive when playing.  I spend my summers outside with gardening and camping as much as possible. One goal my husband Nick and I have is to camp at every state park in Minnesota.  We still have many to go!
