RBT Training

Let us help you become an RBT

What is an RBT?

Registered Behavior Technicians are paraprofessionals certified in Behavior Analysis. RBTs deliver interventions prepared by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. RBTs are direct care practitioners and they usually work in settings with children and/or adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, or other Behavior needs. RBTs are taught the basics of applied behavior analysis, however they must be supervised by a BCBA (or authorized supervisor). In short, The BCBA designs the program, trains the RBT in how to deliver the program, and the RBT delivers it under the supervision of the BCBA (or authorized supervisor).
