Application and Fee

APPLICATION

There are 40 places availiable for participants in this school. Application for participation is possible until August 15^th.

For the application it is necessary to fill in the application form that is available on this website. We kindly ask you to print, fill and sign this form. Then scan it and mail the scan to us. The school is designed for person of any nationality:

• who is last year student of graduate studies (no more than five exams to the end),

• who have completed a second level graduate program,

• Ph.D students and candidates,

• Ph.Ds,

• academic researchers and lecturers,

• researchers and interested people from industry.

The filled application form shall be sent via email to the address: davide.campanella@unipa.it. Candidates will accepted first come first serve until the 40 vacancies are occupied. Final registration and payment must be completed by August 15^th 2020. Your position within the conference is only guaranteed after we have received your payment.

FEE

The fee that has to payed when registering after being accepted as a participant covers:

• School fee

• Slides and other teaching material

• Accomodation (double rooms)

• Meals

The fee is depending on the date of registration:

• Early Registration (no later than 2020 July 15^th): 600,- €

• Late Registration (after 2020 July 15^th, before 2020 August 15^st): 700,- €

Full time participation is mandatory. It is not possible to participate to only parts of the school.
