Students and advisors may eat in the college cafeteria. Cost is $11.00, and the food is great. Everyone will have their choice of entrée and many extras. Salad and pasta bar, desserts and ice cream are all included, as well as a drink. (This cost is paid to Sodexo, not Commerce TSA and can be made by cash or card.)
Registration is $10 and due no later than Thur. Feb. 19th. I need to know by the registration deadline so that NEO & Sodexo can plan for total numbers. Registration can be paid the day of the conference, and any changes to registration numbers can be made that day also, but it is imperative that you pre-register by the deadline. A blank invoice can be found below.
If there are less than 3 entries in any event at the end of the registration deadline, that event may be dropped. Please be as accurate as you can with entry numbers when you register
All event coordinators need to make plans to bring ALL needed materials and supplies with you for the event you are coordinating. Judges sheets, guidelines, result sheets, and sign-in sheets will be provided for each event
