About SchoolPass

This site provides the Columbus Academy community information regarding SchoolPass - an online tool designed to enable you to:

• Set up a transportation plan for your student

• Manage and report arrival and dismissal changes to the school

• Automatically notify the correct staff, teachers, and other parents when changes are reported

• Self-manage your family's authorized driver lists

• Help the school prepare for an organized and timely dismissal process

Please use the navigation to the left to view the SchoolPass app video guides, or find a topic/question that you would like to know more about. Click on the menu button at the top-left to reveal or hide the sidebar.

SchoolPass is accessible via its Apple iOS or Google Android mobile app, as well as the CA SchoolPass web portal as shown below:

If enabled by your school, you can update defaults via the available link.

• List of parents and drivers in your carpool

• List of schedule changes for students in your family/carpool

• Displays your child’s default arrival and dismissal instructions

• Displays arrival/dismissal changes

• You can view prior/next 2-week window
