Hi everyone! Welcome to the 2021-2022 school year at Westmoor Middle School!!
I look forward to getting to know each of you, and your students, during this school year.
Meet Ms. Samantha! She's my 2 year old daughter and she is full of sass! She definitely keeps me on my toes!
Meet Mr. Alexander! He's my 7 year old son and he's full of energy and loves getting in the mud. This is a little frog he found in our front yard!

This year will be my 22nd year teaching and my 4th year at Westmoor! I went to college at Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio and earned a Bachelors in Music Education and Special Education in 2000. I received my Masters in Educational Technology from American Intercontinental University in 2004. I grew up just west of Columbus and decided to move close to where I grew up when Mr. Edwards and I got married. We have a small farm with ducks, chickens, quail and goats. I love Ohio State Football and the Columbus Blue Jackets! I listen to all sorts of different music, but I think County may be my favorite. One of the groups I love to play when we're in the classroom is called The Piano Guys. You can check them out here. They take all sorts of different types of music and redo them as instrumental versions; everything from pop, country and classical songs. My favorite thing is turtles! I love them, they just make me happy!
