Attendance Notes:
In order to receive your contracted pay, stipend and/or CEUs, you must complete the attendance process. If you leave early or come late, you will not receive the stipend/full contracted pay and/or CEUs.
Since many new hires do not have access to CCS email, the 8/6-8/8 sessions are designed as no device needed.
For educators attending the curriculum sessions at Columbus Global Academy/ Columbus International HS on Monday 8/11 & Tuesday 8/12, please bring a laptop, if available.
If you have received the email to set up your CCS email account, please feel free to visit the Computer Lab in Room 2339 before sessions start, during your lunch break, and after sessions end.
Since the Computer Lab is on the second floor of the school, if needed, please see a team member at the sign-in tables for assistance with an accessible experience for setting up your CCS email account.

How you will receive your CCS email:
HR will have you sign the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Then all of your information is entered into MUNIS (where our employee database system is housed). Once your information is in MUNIS, our email system will pick up your new hire account, activate your account, and send you an email with the account information and a temporary password. The email will include instructions on how to log in.
