For troubleshooting or repairs to Chromebooks,
families can call the IT Helpdesk at (614) 365-8425.
The Helpdesk will determine if an appointment for a
repair is needed and schedule the appointment.
Repairs will be completed at the Kingswood Data
Center (1091 King Ave., 43212) on Tuesdays
between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
