FAFSA
We encourage all students to fill out FAFSA information. This is the best way to get funds for college and vocational school. You can begin FAFSA applications on December 1. The FAFSA form must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Central time (CT) on June 30, 2024. Please keep in mind completing the FAFSA early gives you increased access to funds.
Look at the following worksheet to see what materials you will need to fill out the FAFSA application.

Most grants are awarded based on financial need. Each grant has its own set of qualifications and requirements. Grants do not need to be paid back.
Scholarships are awarded based upon various criteria, such as academic merit, diversity and inclusion, athletic skill, and financial need. Scholarships do not need to be paid back.
Loans
If you don't have the money to pay for college, a student loan will enable you to borrow money and pay it back at a later date, with interest.
Work Study
Federal Work-Study provides part-time jobs for undergraduate and graduate students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay education expenses. The program encourages community service work and work related to the student’s course of study.
