About Me

Hello to  all my students! I am excited to be your teacher this year! I hope you are excited to learn all about some awesome science topics, as well as United States history. I just wanted  to share a little about myself. I was raised in Columbus County and was a student at both Hallsboro Elementary and Middle schools! I graduated from East Columbus High School in 1999. I went on to get my degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. I am working on my 20th year as a teacher. I am also a member of the Waccamaw Siouan Tribe and the first Native American Greek letter organization, Alpha Pi Omega Sorority, Inc. I look forward to an awesome year with you all!
