Bio

Hello! My name is Terra Coats and I teach 4th grade at Tabor City Elementary School. Before I became a teacher, I received my Bachelor's Degree from UNCW in Recreational Therapy with a minor in Psychology. I continued my Education through UNCP to become a Teacher, while being a Migrant Tutor at Hallsboro Elementary School. I have taught Kindergarten 3 years and this will be my first year teaching 4th grade.

I grew up in Columbus County, went to Williams Township/South Columbus High School before I married my Husband from Loris, where I reside now. I have a sweet little dog named Pookie (17 years old) who I adore, along with 2 older Brothers who have blessed me with 3 Nieces and 2 Nephews.
