8:15-8:30:  Student Arrival; Morning Meeting

8:30-9:10: Specials (Tech., Library, Art, Music, P.E.)

9:10-10:50: Language Arts with Mrs. Styen

10:50-11:10: Intervention/Test Preparation

11:10-11:50: Science with Mr. Best

11:50-12:30: Social Studies with Mrs. Styen

12:30-1:10: Lunch/Recess

1:10-2:50: Math with Mr. Best

2:50-3:10: Pack up; Dismissal

Language Arts block:

• 1 hour -  Guided reading and ELA centers (independent reading, vocabulary/grammar, Epic!)

• 15 minutes - snack and whole group writing instruction

• 25 minutes - Interactive read aloud and comprehension

Math block:

• 1 hour - Whole group, interactive math journal

• 15 minutes - snack and IXL adaptive math

• 25 minutes - Math Centers (workplace and intervention)
