About Me
I am so excited to be teaching at CMS this year. I grew up in Monroe County and currently live in Columbia with my husband, Mike, and our two children, Logan (11) and Braelyn (9). I have a Bachelor's degree in Education from McKendree University and I love all things history. When I'm not at school, you will likely find me camping along a riverbank or beach. Our family enjoys camping, floating, visiting museums and zoos, and going on new adventures. Roller coasters and Christmas are my two of my favorite things and I never, never start a day without coffee!
