I entered the teaching world 20+ years ago. I have taught 5th grade, Kindergarten, 2nd grade, and now I venture on to my fourth year of 1st grade.

I joined the wonderful CUSD4 family 17 years ago and could not imagine enduring this teaching adventure anywhere else. This community has always been very positive and supportive of the Columbia School District and I am proud to say, "I teach in Columbia School District".

On a more personal note, I am married to Jeff and we have two wonderful children and a very spoiled dog. My daughter plays college soccer and my son plays high school baseball and soccer. My time is spent usually watching my kiddos do what they love, but in my "free time" I also enjoy reading, scrapbooking, and walking.

I am looking forward to another very positive, successful, and hardworking school year!
