I am getting an error message “Restricted Ticket Type” when I try to register.
You must be registering with the same email address that is associated with your membership
Check to make sure you are registering under the correct ticket type for your membership by hovering over the small information circle to see which member types are applicable.
I am a graduate student, but it is not allowing me to register at the graduate rate.
You must have an active graduate student membership with CSCA to receive the graduate student rate.
Is lodging included in the registration fee?
Lodging costs are not included in the registration fee. Please use the link on our website to book at the group rate.
If I am a presenter, do I need to register for conference?
If you are planning to attend sessions and enjoy meals, you will need to register as an attendee. If you are planning to just come for your presentation, there is no need to register.
If I am an exhibitor, do I get access to the whole conference
As an exhibitor, our attendees count on being able to network and gather information/resources from your table. Therefore, we expect that our exhibitors are at the booths as much as possible. One meal ticket is included in your exhibitor registration and there is an option to purchase additional food tickets if necessary.
I have dietary restrictions, what are my options?
All of our meals are buffet style and are posted on our website. We pay close attention to what is served in an effort to ensure that there are options for all. If you are attending the Awards Dinner and the menu will not work for your needs, please contact conference@coloradoschoolcounselor.org
Will there be a place for mothers to pump and store breast milk?
We will have a mother’s room with a mini fridge available. Check with the registration desk as you need to gain access to the room.
Is there a one day registration option available?
We only offer registration for the full two day conference.
What is included in the registration cost (meals, etc)?
Attendee registration includes all sessions on Thursday and Friday, networking events and breakfast/lunch on Thursday and Friday. The Awards Dinner and Pre-Conference are available for an additional registration fee.
