As Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) expand their impact, the need for intentional leadership development has never been more urgent. This panel will introduce a new initiative focused on strengthening leadership at both rural and non-rural HSIs, with insights from the New Leadership Academy (NLA) at AAC&U. Join us for a facilitated discussion on equipping campus leaders to foster belonging, drive student success, and improve key outcomes for Latiné/x and underserved students.
