What is the cost for a project like this?

The replacement portion of this project was roughly $18/ft² for a total of $1,900. Rejuvenation of the existing stamped concrete walk and patio of 645 ft² is roughly $2/ft² for an additional $1,300.00. Last the concrete resurfacing is an additional $6/ft² for 200 ft² for an additional $1,200.00. The total for this project was $4,400.00

What kind of material is used for concrete resurfacing?

In this case the Westcoat Broom On Overlay System is used. This is a modified portland cement overlay. With an acrylic modifier and epoxy primer the overlay has been used commercially and for industrial applications as well. You can read more about the Westcoat Broom On Overlay system here.

What kind of warranty does Denver Concrete Inc offer?

All of our customers really have two warranties at the end of the day. There is our "Satisfaction Guarantee" which is something that is almost more important than our written warranty. Our written warranty covers your new concrete installation for 12 months. This covers major cracking and heaving. If there is a crack over 1/8" wide or a heave of over 1/4" Denver Concrete Inc will tear out and replace that concrete which is effected.

How long does a project like this take?

This entire project took about two days. One day for tear out and replacement of the stamped concrete sidewalk. One additional day to strip, etch and seal the existing stamped concrete as well as resurface the concrete driveway.
