Day of the Workshop Instructions and Information
We will have two poster sessions. One in the morning (10:30-11:00 AM) and one in the afternoon (4:00-4:30 PM). We expect the lightning talk speakers to be present at their poster during both poster sessions to engage with attendees. All sessions coincide with coffee breaks to encourage interaction. All poster sessions will take place in Epstein Plaza, USC.
Poster Dimensions
Each poster easel measures 3 feet by 7 feet and will display two postersāone on each side. As long as your poster fits within these dimensions, the exact size is flexible.
Please note that this is an update from our earlier guidance, which had suggested 2 feet by 3 feet posters.
Posters should be in landscape format.
