A: Nope! As of July 15th, The Challenge has been updated to allow the 15 DEI Actions to be completed at any point during the June 15th - September 30th window. In an effort to be as inclusive as possible, and to emphasize the importance of this work, participants are welcome to work at the pace that most suits them within the challenge period. The Common Actions will be released no earlier than on the 15th of June, July, and August, to allow for adequate, thoughtful pacing. It can be exhausting and challenging work, to acknowledge our privileges and to figure out how to adjust our practices to build an equitable and inclusive culture. The three-month Common Actions model allows us to be mindful about caring for ourselves as we are reflect on and apply the content in which we are engaging.
