Officers are elected at the beginning of each academic school year. All enrolled graduate physics students are eligible to run for a position.

The presidential line consists of the President-Elect, President, and Past-President. The President Elect serves as Vice President and assumes the role of President in the second year after their election. The President then cycles to become the Past-President, who serves an advisory role.

We are starting up now, so we have only interim positions for the time being. In addition, we will expand the positions available as our membership participation grows. We encourage anyone interested in a position to inquire -- even if it does not exist yet!
