When I'm not building any of my projects, this is what I love to do! Having lived in Colorado my entire life, I absolutely love the mountains. I enjoy anything that has to do with being outside. I love hiking, mountain biking, backpacking, snowboarding, you name it! I also love photography. I take lots of pictures of my time in the mountains.
Just like any other young man in their 20's, I too have my life-threatening hobbies! Jokes aside, I LOVE climbing. Although I'm terrified of heights, I love working on controling my fears and maintaining a clear headspace. Climbing also requires lots of problem solving! Each person climbs differently, and it's fun finding techniques that are unique to me.
Sometimes it's more fun to climb without ropes. See if you can find me in the image to the right!

Like I said, I love being outdoors! Backpacking is probably my favorite summer activity. I love going on long hikes and spending several days out in the mountains. It's so peaceful and tons of fun. I also love climbing 14'ers. I have the goal of climbing Pike's Peak this summer. This is a really hard hike given that it's almost half a marathon coming in at just about 13 miles, and it has 7,800 feet of elevation gain. Who doesn't like a good challenge?
I love playing soccer! I've been playing since I was 3. It's definitely my favorite sport, and I hope to continue playing for as long as I can. I currently play on an intramural team for fun here at Boulder! It's a blast and I love it very much.

I really love photography! My favorite things to shoot are landscapes and nature, such as birds. The best part about shooting landscapes is the sunsets. Shooting sunsets is probably my favorite thing about photography just because of how awesome they are. I like to take my camera backpacking and shoot landscapes out in the mountains far away from any cities or people. I find it to be very peaceful and a way to regroup before having to go back to a stressful city life. Being a college student isn't easy for anybody, unless you're a business major. All jokes aside, it's always nice to get away from everything to find some peace, and be able to bring back some of that peace with you in the form of photography.
