Facilitation Skills

In this time of heightened emotions, the NNA Annual Meeting organizers have worked with the CIRES Access and Cultural Innovation team to create the following video to help facilitators feel prepared to follow the code of conduct and facilitate discussions in a positive and productive way. This facilitation skills video outlines the role of a facilitator, contains helpful tips for facilitating discussion, and prepares viewers to navigate violations of the code of conduct.
