Asthmatics requiring Albuterol Inhalers need an order for a "metered dose inhaler with a spacer." No Nebulizer treatments allowed schools this year due to lingering vapors. . Medication forms are in each clinic and can be faxed to the physician.

Parents please call the school nurse for a time to deliver medication and /or medical supplies to the school clinic. Please have all medication forms filled-in and completed by the physician.
