Student Volunteer Form

All students who have turned in 20 hours of documented community service for the year will be eligible to receive the Colonial Volunteer Service Award. Forms can be in in the counseling office.

Transcript Requests

To request a transcript, please fill out the  Transcript Authorization Statement and return to Ms. Pam Morgan (pam_morgan@colonialhts.net) in the School Counseling Office. There is a $5.00 fee for all transcripts with the exception of scholarships. There is no fee for current students. Most transcripts will be processed within 24 hours but make sure to allow ample time!
