All curlers using ice at the Utica Curling Club must comply with their COVID-19 policies and sign their COVID compliance forms and GNCC insurance required participant release forms before you can go into the ice shed the first week. Download, print, and sign unless you have already registered  online using the above links.

• Adult participant release form (18 or older as of October 15, 2023)

• Minor participant release form (less than 18 years old as of October 15, 2023)  Must be signed by a legal parent or guardian. May be scanned and emailed to membership@collegiatecurling.org.

•  Read  UCC's Health & Safety Policy 

Dues

• CCA dues are to be paid by October 30

• CCA will pay your USA Curling dues

• CCA will pay your primary or secondary GNCC dues, as appropriate.
