• Participation is open to higher education professionals (student affairs, academic advisors, career development, international affairs, etc.), grad students, and students interested in the field, and so on—as well as organizations that support higher education.

• In order to maintain the regional and inclusive nature of the Collaborative, conference seats are limited to 5 participants per school/org so that as many universities as possible have the opportunity to attend.

  • If you'd like to bring more than five people or attend solo, email us.

• All collaborators, presenters, and sponsors must be DLV/SAC members and register for the conference first. Max one presenter per campus.

• There will be no day-of registrations.

• All cancellations must be received by Friday, October 23rd, 2026 at 4pm EST. A $25 cancellation fee will be assessed per ticket for additional admin costs (since we are a nonprofit). The good news is that your tickets are transferable.

We use Zeffy for payments, an all-in-one platform for nonprofits like us. It's 100% free and covers all of your transaction and credit card fees. Zeffy makes money exclusively from optional tips.

You do not need to tip Zeffy or donate to Collegiate Empowerment, though we won't stop you.
