What is the Success Program?
CollegeTracks’ Success Program supports students once they begin at a college or job training program. Success Coaches help students establish academic goals, get involved on campus, declare a major, renew & secure ongoing financial aid, & find career-related experiences so they can earn their degrees.
Typically, students work with a Success Coach for 2-8 years & engage in a highly personalized coaching relationship. Success Coaches share a strong commitment to social justice, education, & mentoring students. Students know that their Coaches are committed to supporting them through the ups & downs of their higher education experience.
Success Program participants attending 4-year colleges graduate at almost triple the national rate for students from financially-stressed households
Success Program participants attending a community college earn a degree in 2 years at over twice the rate of Montgomery College
