All our apartments are available for short or long-term leases, with a minimum requirement of 1 month and with priority to longer lease tenants. They can be rented either on a room basis or in their entirety depending on availability. Refer to the pricing details below (note: pricing is subject to change starting September 1, 2024):

Last's months rent are required upon signing the housing agreement contract. First month's rent is due the first month you move in.
Please note if you worked with a realtor to secure your apartment or room, you will be responsible for covering their broker fee. This fee will not be covered by CFSI and its amount is at the discretion of the realty company.
All apartments are furnished (see list below), have a shared laundry room in the basement, wifi, and include all utilities (heat, electric, water, trash, and wifi) up to $250/month!*
*12 Gardner Apartments have HVAC while our Park Vale apartments utilize gas heating and no AC.

Apartment tours are conducted on rolling basis. They will be organized by partnered realtors or CFSI staff. To arrange an apartment tour please fill out our application first. Once reviewed, we will reach out to schedule an apartment tour!

Unfortunately, per our leasing agreements, we are unable to allow pets. If you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA) and would like to request an accommodation, please indicate this on our application interest form or contact housing@collegeforsocialinnovation.org
Park Vale Apartments: There are no private parking spots, only street parking. Tenants are encouraged to apply for Allston City parking permit as many of the street parking spots are Allston resident parking only
Gardner Apartments: There is a small parking lot behind the building, however requires Allston City parking permit.
You will receive your key once we have a signed contract and a deposit check.
CFSI is not responsible for tenants’ personal belongings and, as such, CFSI STRONGLY encourages all tenants purchase a renter’s insurance policy for their lease duration.
