Welcome to ZonicWorker, the official partner platform of ZonicWorks (“ZonicWorks”, “we”, “our”, “us”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect the personal information of service professionals, porters, and workers (“you”, “your”, or “partner”) who access or use our mobile application “ZonicWorker” (“App” or “Platform”), or any related websites, services, or tools we provide (collectively, “Services”).
By accessing, downloading, or using the ZonicWorker App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy and the Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or our Services.
ZonicWork operates digital marketplaces connecting verified service professionals with customers through real-time negotiation, booking, and bidding systems.

This Policy applies to all professionals, workers, and porters using the ZonicWorker App to receive leads, provide services, bid on tasks, or manage their professional accounts. It does not apply to customers using the ZonicWorks consumer app.
We may update this Policy periodically. Any material changes will be notified via in-app alerts or email. We encourage you to review this Policy regularly to stay informed.
Our Platform may contain links or integrations (e.g., Google Maps, payment gateways, verification partners, or communication APIs). These third parties operate independently, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. You should review their privacy policies before engaging with them.
We collect and process personal data to enable service delivery, ensure safety, facilitate payments, and improve the overall platform experience.

You may delete your account anytime through the app or by contacting info@zonicworks.com.
Upon deletion:
You will lose access to the ZonicWorker platform.
Some records (e.g., transactions, tax, or legal) may be retained as required by law.
Although our servers are primarily located in India, some trusted service providers may process data in other jurisdictions. In such cases, we ensure equal or higher levels of protection under binding data protection agreements.
ZonicWorker is intended only for individuals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal data may be transferred to the successor entity, which will continue to honor this Policy.
ZonicWorks may modify this Policy periodically. Updates will be reflected with a “Last Updated” date and notified in-app or via email. Continued use of the Platform implies consent to the updated Policy.
