2. Data Protection and Privacy

• Voice recordings create temporary transcripts that are immediately deleted after AI processing

• Generated content is temporarily stored only on user-specific Miro Boards

• Users are responsible for safeguarding their access links

• We utilize Google Analytics and Tag Manager for service optimization

3. Service Usage and Content Generation

3.1 User Obligations

• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Content generation must respect intellectual property rights

• Users retain ownership of generated content

• Similar outputs may be generated for different users due to AI technology

3.2 Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated content accuracy is not guaranteed

• Quality depends on user input

• Provider makes no claims regarding content reliability

4. Third-Party Services

• Service integrates with Google, SurveyMonkey, OpenAI, Replicate.ai and Miro

• Users must comply with third-party terms and policies

• Provider is not responsible for third-party service availability

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Train competing AI models with generated content

• Create misleading or fraudulent content

• Violate intellectual property rights

• Perform automated content extraction

6. Liability and Warranties

6.1 Limitations

• No warranty for service availability or uninterrupted access

• No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

• No guarantee for content accuracy or fitness for purpose

6.2 Indemnification

Users shall indemnify Provider against claims arising from:

• Content usage or misuse

• Third-party rights violations

• Terms of service breaches

7. Intellectual Property

• Service infrastructure remains Provider property

• AI-generated content ownership follows respective AI provider terms

• Users grant necessary licenses for service operation

8. Modifications and Jurisdiction

• Provider may modify these terms with notice

• German law governs these terms

• Exclusive jurisdiction in Berlin, Germany
