Granola, locally sourced bread and milk from no further than 3 miles away. Local honey and jam, fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, fruit juice, Welsh butter and local free range boiled eggs.  Plus endless freshly brewed tea and coffee.

Castle Inn, Cardigan

Our historical pub on the riverside of Cardigan.  The ideal spot for a drink after a walk through the Teifi Marshes Reserve.

Beer, toasties (think croque monsieur meets Welsh rarebit), sausage rolls & bar snacks.  Riverside beer garden
