Each BBQ supper has its own menu, inspired by the season and cooked over the coals using the finest local produce by our talented fforest chefs. Served with generous sharing sides, homemade puddings, and a laid-back atmosphere.

Pizzatipi night

To help you settle in and ease into your stay, we’ll be firing up the ovens for our legendary Pizzatipi pizzas.

Expect wood-fired pizzas with handmade bases, our own sauces, and toppings sourced from brilliant local producers.

Granola, locally sourced bread and milk from no further than 3 miles away. Local honey and jam, fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, fruit juice, Welsh butter and local free range boiled eggs. Plus endless freshly brewed tea and coffee.
