This school year students will:
Create interactive notebooks to help students work through every stage of the writing process. Interactive notebooks are a wonderful resource for students to refer back to when writing and studying notes for testing.
Compose a narrative, informative, and opinion essay.
Expand and apply their knowledge of grammar through the Shurley English curriculum. Mountain Language work will be completed daily to help grow and assess grammar skills.
Expand vocabulary and spelling. Spelling assessments will be given on Fridays.
Grow in their overall learning while having FUN!
