About Me

I am a second year educator and I am genuinely giddy to be teaching middle school science at Colcord. I received my bachelors from Northeastern State University in May 2024 and I am alternatively certified through American Board.

I am married to the love of my life, Matthew, and we have two darling little girls, Avonlea and Irelia. We have three dogs, Rocky, Zed, and Betty, who are big goofballs.

In my spare time I will usually have my headphones on with an audiobook playing while I learn new hobbies. I knit, crochet, and sew and I am currently teaching myself to take and edit photos. On Wednesdays, I lead a Bible study for girls in 6th-12th grade and my Sundays are always spent worshiping and being with family.
