AMI Day

This school year the calendar has some built in AMI School days. On these days the students will be taking home paper packets to complete at home. They will then return them on the following school day. These paper packets will count as the students attendance for that day as well as a grade. It is very important that the students return their work for their attendance and grades. 

The school has elected to also prepare weather packets for days that we may have to cancel school for weather purposes. Students will receive a folder to keep at home. In the case that we are absent from school students should take out DAY 1 of the weather packets and complete those papers. IF we should be out another day then they would complete DAY 2 and so for. 

In order to make this easiest for everyone the school asks parents to keep the folders in designated place, this way they can be utilized as needed. As always we are aware things happen and some students may lose their copy of the weather packet. I have attached a copy of the assignments here. If a student loses their papers they should use a notebook paper to record their answers from the assignment and turn in it on the next school day.
