I am an incoming Assistant Professor at Colby College, starting in Fall 2025. I received my PhD in Social Psychology from New York University in 2024. Before that, I received my B.A. from Kenyon College, where my love of liberal arts colleges was born. 

My research focuses on the causes and consequences of political polarization and extremism. I'm especially interested in the ways technology, morality and emotion exacerbate political conflict, and how we can use education to improve political communication.
