Parents Right to Know

The Colbert County Board of Education posts all state adopted curriculum used in our classrooms at www.colbertk12.org in compliance with ACT 2024-35. Parents may request curriculum and materials for review by contacting the central office and following the adopted process.

Colbert County Schools new teachers work together to solve problems and puzzles. They are all devoted to provide exceptional instruction in all our classrooms.

Hi, I'm Dr. Katie Dalrymple. I have a Doctorate in Curriculum from Carson-Newman University, and I love working on new ways to make learning better for everyone. I’m married to Michael, who is a paraprofessional in the district, and we have three amazing kids together.

When I’m not working, I enjoy reading books and traveling to new places. I get many ideas for my work from the things I read and the places I visit. You can most likely find me in the Smoky Mountains or at Disney. Helping kids learn and grow is my passion, and I’m always excited to find new ways to make school a fun and interesting place.
