Mrs. Katie Flannagan Dalrymple completed undergraduate degree in secondary education at Judson College. She holds two masters degrees and an education specialist degree from the University of North Alabama. She taught Theatre and English for nine years, has served as an assistant principal for four years, and was most recently the principal at Colbert Heights High School for three years. She’s currently the Director of Federal Programs, Curriculum, and Instruction for Colbert County Schools. She is married to Michael and is the mother of three (Nora 12, Oliver 3, and Theodore 1). She spends her spare time directing and acting in community theatre and serving in her church. She will defend her dissertation in May and graduate with her doctorate in curriculum and instruction from Carson Newman University.
