My name is Melcha Satchel and I have been the principal at CCHS for 12 years. I have been working in the field of education for 27 years. I have three children Demarrius Goode, Arianna Carter, and Melcha Satchel Jr. (MJ), and three grandchildren Kavian and Javian Smith, and Pharriz Goode that mean the world to me. I am originally from Courtland, AL. I have a Bachelor of Science/Zoology from Alabama A&M University, a Master of Education in Biology from Alabama A&M University, and an Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree from the University of North Alabama. When I am not at work, I enjoy going to football games and riding my motorcycle with friends on the open road.
