Follow these steps to start contributing your language to our open-source initiative!
Step 1 - Familirize yourself with Aya
Step 2 - Login to start contributing
Visit the Aya Contribution site! You will need to verify your identity through Discord or GMail.
Step 3 - Indicate which languages you speak.
On the contribution site, under "settings" select which languages you are fluent in. This step is mandatory to start contributing.
Step 4 - Create Strong Prompts and Completions
Aya collects data in the form of prompts and completions. You can think of these as questions or request you may ask a language model or AI assistant, and the ideal answer or response you would like to get.

Step 5 - Join our weekly event!

Each Wednesday we get together to welcome new contributors, help them get started, and connect as a community of language enthusiasts, dedicated to supporting our communities be included in the excitign future of AI

We want to make Aya as accessible as possible - your questions and feedback will help us improve the project for others. Shares questions in the #questions channel on Discord.
