FAIGES

FAIGES (Freshie Assistance Initiative for Geodetic Engineering Students), launched in August 2024, is designed to help incoming Geodetic Engineering Freshies, Shiftees, and Transferees (FSTs) at UP Diliman transition smoothly into their academic journey. 

FAIGES focuses on supporting FSTs through activities like seminars, instrument demonstrations, and campus tours. These events aim to familiarize students with surveying tools and the university environment. In addition, FAIGES provides essential starter materials, such as maps and study resources, to ensure students are prepared for their studies. The program also includes bonding activities like game nights, trivia, and movie nights, fostering social connections, academic growth, and a sense of community.
