This license governs the use of the accompanying software. By using the software, you accept this license. If you do not accept the license, do not use the software. This software is distributed free of charge.

1) DESCRIPTION: The Meeting Timer was developed to time the duration of various meeting segments. You can create the meeting template according to your needs. Although the software has specific initial settings, it is not limited to a target audience. The software does not use any material from the jw.org website.

2) RESERVATION OF RIGHTS AND FEEDBACK: CODTEC SISTEMAS does not grant you any trademarks, patents, copyrights, or any other intellectual property rights belonging to CODTEC SISTEMAS or any other entity. If you provide CODTEC SISTEMAS with any ideas or feedback, you will provide them to CODTEC SISTEMAS without cost, royalties, or other obligations. You should not provide feedback that is subject to a license that requires CODTEC SISTEMAS to license its software, technologies, or documentation to third parties simply because CODTEC SISTEMAS includes your feedback in them.

3) USE LIMITATION: You may not modify and/or distribute modified copies, license, or transfer this software without prior written authorization from CODTEC SISTEMAS. You may not alter the report generated by the system, before or after its submission.

4) LIMITED WARRANTY: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
