Obed Sindy is an AI ethics advocate, educator, and digital inclusion specialist focused on ethical technology and responsible AI for underserved communities. He serves as ESOL Lab Coordinator at Clark State College in Ohio and is a Board Member of the Internet Society Haiti Chapter (ISOC Haiti), where he contributes to digital rights, Internet governance, and community connectivity initiatives. Obed is part of the 2025 cohort of Stanford University’s School of Engineering Professional Program in Ethics, Technology, and Public Policy, with a focus on AI governance and algorithmic fairness. He has represented Haiti in global forums such as RightCon Summit and the United Nations IGF and is the author of "Overview of Internet Governance: Haiti in the World."
