Grant McNulty is the founder and director of iAfrika Digital, where we're making the web more African. Through cultural and educational platforms designed for African language speakers, we welcome over 1.7 million annual visitors who access our resources over 5.8 million times.
Through a combination of research and co-creation, iAfrika Digital empowers African language speakers to record and share their knowledge, histories, and cultures, online and in their mother tongue languages. This participatory approach ensures platforms serve community needs rather than external assumptions, delivering both local relevance and authentic cultural expression.
